      Article doesn’t address the problem with getting updates for older Android version 5.1.1 phones, because the servers with these system software updates are no longer reachable.

      I want to.update a Samsung Note phone currently with v5.1.1 to max supported v6.0.1 but can’t access the server(s) with the downloadable update files! This has got to be available somewhere, but not OTA from the carrier (Verizon) & Samsung simply passes the buck to Verizon & Google passes the buck to both manufacturer & carrier. Pathetic.
      Need a safe site to download either the update or the OS image file.
