Samsung does offer a one-time assistance program in which a customer can receive a free phone if their current phone is not able to be used.
Does At&t Give Loaner Phones
AT&T does not do loaner phones. There’s nothing there going to do for you until your new phone comes. You can buy a cheap prepaid phone and stick your sim card in it so that you can use your phone number with something until the new phone comes.
